What did you think of the trainer?
The trainer was very professional and also shared his own experiences with project management and what challenges he had. He has solid experience in the field and he was calm and methodical, says Jenny.
The arrangement with both theory interspersed with practice provided tools for how I can lead my project group in the best way. The content provided keys to a successful project and it was exactly what I needed as I had not worked with project management before, she says.
The training begins with a theoretical section that highlights various roles, activities and documents needed for your project to be successful. Just as Jenny tells us, there are several sections that contain both theory sessions and practical exercises. The participants are divided into groups and work on a fictitious project throughout the training.
Who is the training for?
The training is suitable for those who will work/work as project managers or sub-project managers in projects as well as for clients of projects. You don't need any prior knowledge.

Good group discussions
It was great that we were participants from different companies. We were able to exchange experiences and there were good discussions in the groups, says Jenny.
The training was relevant to me as I needed keys to how to run a successful project. I needed to focus on the methodology in the first place and that is what the course was about. I recommend others to take a course at Peter & Partner, she concludes.
