Developing a Training Program

When we design a customized training initiative, we follow a structured framework based on our extensive experience and internal quality assurance system.

Peter & Partner always appoints an internal Project Manager who is responsible for all communication with the client.

Our Development Process

Step 1: Initial review of training proposal and content
We begin the collaboration with an initial meeting to discuss the upcoming training program. A lead consultant and a project manager from Peter & Partner will participate. During this meeting, we align on expectations, objectives, and desired outcomes to ensure a shared understanding of the program.

Step 2: Program summary
In this step, we create a summary of the training content. This high-level overview serves as the foundation for breaking the program into individual modules. The summary is created in collaboration with the client.

Step 3: Proposal of external modules
Peter & Partner presents a detailed proposal for the training modules. This proposal is discussed with the client, and together we finalize the content.

Step 4: Pilot program
A pilot program is planned and delivered for a selected group of participants. Both during and after the pilot, we maintain close dialogue with the client to reflect on the content, participant response, and any suggested changes.

Step 5: Finalization of the training program
Based on feedback from the pilot, the training program is finalized.

Step 6: Planning and scheduling
We plan groupings and session dates for future delivery. We estimate the number of program starts per term and create a schedule. Peter & Partner is happy to assist with administrative tasks such as invitations, registration, and logistics.

Step 7: Delivery
The training program is delivered according to the agreed-upon plan.

Step 8: Evaluation and reporting
In the final step, we compile and present the course evaluations along with our own reflections and conclusions about the program as a whole. We also facilitate a discussion with the client about potential improvements for future programs.
