Why Do We Process Personal Data?
We process personal data for various purposes, depending on the relationship we have with the individual and/or their organization. These purposes determine how and on what legal grounds we process the data. Fulfilling agreements with organizations
If someone represents or works within an organization with which we have a business relationship, we may process personal data in order to fulfill that relationship. Contact details for representatives of active customer organizations

If an individual represents an organization that we target for marketing or sales activities, we may process their personal data to make contact or send newsletters. The legal basis is a legitimate interest.

If someone represents an organization with which we have had a financial transaction, we may process their data for accounting purposes. The legal basis for this is compliance with legal obligations.
How Long Do We Process Personal Data?
We retain personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. Data may be stored in multiple systems for different purposes. This means that a piece of information deleted from one system may still exist in another if needed for a different reason.
Personal data processed to fulfill an agreement will be retained as long as necessary to meet that agreement. Generally, this means up to three years after the contract has ended, unless otherwise determined.
Personal data related to active customer relationships will be retained for as long as the customer relationship remains active.
