Step 1: Initial briefing and needs assessment
We start with a meeting to discuss your goals and expectations for the training. A lead consultant and project manager from Peter & Partner will participate. Together, we define objectives and desired outcomes to ensure a shared understanding.
Step 2: Program summary
We create a summary of the proposed training content. This overview helps us break the program into individual modules. The summary is developed in collaboration with you.
Step 3: Proposal for modular content
Peter & Partner presents a detailed proposal for the training modules. We review this together and finalize the content based on your input.
Step 4: Pilot program
A pilot session is planned and delivered to a selected group of participants. Throughout and after the pilot, we maintain a dialogue to gather feedback and identify potential adjustments.
Step 5: Finalization of the program
Based on the pilot feedback, we finalize the training program.
Step 6: Planning and scheduling
We plan groups and session dates going forward, estimating the number of course starts per term. Peter & Partner can also support with administrative tasks such as invitations and registration.
Step 7: Delivery
The training program is delivered according to the agreed plan.
Step 8: Evaluation and reporting
At the end of the program, we compile course evaluations and share our insights and reflections. Together, we review the outcomes and discuss any adjustments for future iterations.
