Now you have the opportunity to equip your project managers with a diploma from Peter & Partner Utbildning!
Project-based work is expanding rapidly, and to stay competitive, organizations need to strengthen their ability to manage projects effectively and profitably. One of the most efficient ways to do this is by developing internal competence. To ensure that participants truly absorb and apply their new skills, the program concludes with a knowledge assessment. All of this is included in our Diploma Program for Project Managers.
This program is normally delivered as an open course, where individuals from various organizations learn together. Now we also offer the option to run the program as an in-company solution, meaning we deliver the training on-site or online – tailored for your entire project team. This ensures consistency, shared knowledge, and stronger collaboration from day one.
Upon completion, participants will be able to independently – and in collaboration with the project sponsor – assess, initiate, plan, and carry out projects using tools and methods aligned with professional standards and proven best practices.
This program is ideal for those who:
Have little or no previous training in professional project management and are stepping into the role of project manager.
Have managed several projects but lack a structured understanding of project methodology and leadership.
Possess general knowledge of project management but want to deepen and validate their skills.
You will gain a solid understanding of modern perspectives on the project manager’s role within your organization. After the program, you will be able to confidently initiate, plan, execute, and follow up projects – using established models and methods. You will also receive a diploma that confirms your achievement.
To get the most out of the program, you should have at least three years of professional experience and be working in – or preparing for – a project management role.
The program is delivered in two parts:
Part 1: Days 1–3 – Project Methodology: Planning & Preparation
Part 2: Days 4–6 – Project Methodology: Execution & Project Leadership
The first three days focus on structured project methodology. You will learn how to professionally plan and organize a project – from initial idea to a complete project plan. The training provides a clear overview of project work as a method and teaches you how to use established tools and frameworks to ensure success.
Topics include:
Day four is fully dedicated to the execution phase of the project. You will learn how to apply the tools and techniques covered in part one to lead, monitor, and drive the project toward its goals.
Topics include:
Progress tracking: time, cost, and deliverables
Risk and issue management during execution
Resource allocation and forecasting
Change management and scope control
Final delivery, handover, and benefits realization
The final two days focus on the leadership aspect of project management. You will explore how to motivate and engage project team members, lead through change, and create high-performing temporary teams.

At the end of the program, participants complete a knowledge assessment that verifies their understanding of both theory and practical application. Upon successful completion, each participant receives a diploma from P&P Project Academy.
As a participant, you will receive:
