At Mastec in Vaggeryd, several committed people are currently working on assembling modules and complete systems containing mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and vacuum. Their assembly area consists of a whopping 12,500 square meters, of which 2,200 square meters is the central warehouse. They strive to continuously develop both the quality and the competence of their staff.
How relevant did the training feel to you?
- This education is extremely relevant to me in the role I have. As I lead several different teams, I have gained a good basis for being able to improve my leadership. I will benefit greatly from the knowledge I gained during the education in my future professional life but also in my private life. I learn daily about myself, my employees and groups, which hopefully makes you a better person and leader.

- The content of the training was very good and instructive, even the layout! By being able to participate and be active during the training by doing analyses, group work and answering written questions, it contributed to four fun and insightful days!
