Resource planning and competence analysis: routines, requirements, and how they relate to the line organization
Expectations on the project manager
Practical project governance: decision-making, planning, follow-up, change management, quality assurance, and benefit realization
Defining a project: business value, goals, prioritization, and preparing a project charter
Developing the skills to specify and commission effective project content
Understanding the planning process and how to interpret a project plan
How to follow up on project results in the organization—and the sponsor’s role in realizing the expected benefits
