Freelance senior project manager to Swedish training company

Do you have solid experience in project management, know what it takes to succeed and want to share your knowledge?

We at Peter & Partner are looking for you who are a freelance senior project manager and in leadership for training assignments in Denmark, mainly the Copenhagen region.

Peter & Partner Utbildning AB is a Swedish training and consulting company, consisting of senior training consultants. For almost 15 years, we have developed and delivered competence development services within Projects, Leadership and Business Development. We have trained more than 10,000 managers, project managers and employees and today have a well-packaged training concept. We also currently work with an established network of associated consultants.

We have successfully developed a large customer base in Sweden and are now ready to take the step internationally and intend to establish ourselves in Denmark, with the Copenhagen area as our base. We are therefore looking for Danish-speaking training consultants in project management and leadership who see a challenge and added value in working with us on a freelance basis at P&P. You have the knowledge, and we have the course and program packages. As a freelancer for Peter & Partner, you work as an training consultant or coach in P&P’s courses. We have both “open” and customer customized solutions. You will be introduced to the role of trainer/coach at P&P and you get all the necessary knowledge about our courses that may be current and we take care of everything that comes with the assignment.

As a senior training consultant at Peter & Partner, you have:

• Built up solid practical experience in the field of training.
• A very good ability to teach and to feel comfortable leading groups forward.
• Curiosity to learn new things.

In addition to the above, if you have a good network in business and the public sector, that is a plus.
