There are two goals with the activity
- Each individual must acquire theory and practice around process management in their business.
- The business must have completed a number of sharp tasks.
Target group
This activity is for specific activities within an organization. This could, for example, concern management groups, Finance, IT, Quality Developers, Project Managers and HR.
Within health and care, this is an appreciated activity as you get the opportunity to work practically with your own management system for systematic quality work under supervision.
Arrangement
Before the activity, we agree on the content and which parts of the process work are most important to handle. We designate a number of sharp processes or areas to be handled.
During the workshop, theory is then interspersed with sharp work on the group’s real processes and operations. For example, it can be about identifying the processes in a business, mapping a specific process, improving a process and so on.
