Who is the Diploma Program for?

The program is designed for you who:

  • Have little or no formal training in project management, but work—or will work—as a project manager
  • Have several years of project experience, but want a more structured approach with solid methodology and leadership training
  • Want to deepen and formalize your knowledge through a recognized diploma

After the program, you will be able to:

Prerequisites

You should have at least three years of professional experience and currently work—or plan to work—in a role as a project manager.

Program Overview

The training is delivered in two parts:

  • Session 1: Days 1–3Project Methodology: Planning and Preparation

  • Session 2: Days 4–6Project Execution and Project Leadership

Days 1–3: Planning and Preparation

During the first three days, we focus on the structure and planning of successful projects. You’ll learn how to turn an idea into a well-prepared project—ready for execution. Topics include:

  • Project models and how to work within a structured process
  • Governance, roles, and project organization
  • From idea to project: pre-studies, needs, goals, and prioritization
  • Planning tools: WBS, network diagrams, and Gantt charts
  • Risk management and project budgeting
  • Effective project communication

Day 4: Execution and Control

This day focuses on managing the project during implementation. You’ll apply what you’ve learned so far to keep the project on track.

  • Monitoring progress, timelines, and costs
  • Managing risks and changes
  • Resource planning and follow-up
  • Final delivery, handover, and ensuring impact

Days 5–6: Project Leadership

The final part of the program focuses on the people side of projects. Learn how to lead, motivate, and engage your team for maximum impact.

  • Understanding different personalities and communication styles
  • Team development and group dynamics
  • Situational leadership and building trust
  • Motivation, feedback, and managing conflict
  • Leading temporary teams with clarity and confidence

Your Diploma

To complete the program, you’ll take a knowledge test that verifies your skills. Upon passing, you’ll receive a diploma from P&P Project Academy—proof of your competence in modern project management.
